Courtyard Deli is one of downtown Lexington’s best kept secrets. At Courtyard Deli you’re experiencing high quality sandwiches full of flavor and contributing to a local, family owned business. They were recommended by a friend working downtown. Their delivery is faster than Panera and free for downtown but I hate having them have to leave the store for one order so I’ve been getting “drive thru”. I call from my building and by the time I drive over it’s already done. You pull up to their kitchen door and pay the people working in the kitchen and your order is ready to go. The turkey and Brie sandwich with chips was $10 is SO filling. I often check out their daily sandwich specials and have loved them all. Sometimes I add their cookie of the day. Courtyard Deli is such a treat to eat on days I don’t bring my lunch or am not out entertaining clients. I highly recommend this local gem. One day I will have to eat INSIDE the restaurant and check out the antique store.

Little pricey but tasty. Pay for parking or get towed.

I recently stumbled into this interesting place in Lexington. It's attached to an Antiques Gallery, of all things. Makes it a cool place to tour, though, either before or after lunch. Food is very good. Menu seems to change daily. They have a nice daily blog, too. It's clearly popular and seems to have a regular clientele, but the wait wasn't unreasonable. Soups and sandwiches, home made pies, too. Liked it. Recommend it for good, homestyle lunch, reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. Definitely coming back here.

This has become one of my favorite places for lunch in downtown Lexington since I was first introduced to it a few years ago. Always great, fresh, and healthy options. The daily specials are always different and worth trying.... and don't forget the home-made cookies. Staff and service are exceptional as well.
